South Park Tavern Open Mic
THIS SIGN UP IS FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 23, 2012!
South Park Tavern’s Open Mic is different than most open mics….. we keep it open to all! We do this every Wednesday night to let musicians meet other musicians/songwriters and hopefully create a melting pot for new music. If you feel like you want to jam with another musician just ask them and get up and play! This not your acoustic hoedown night….. comedians, rappers, song writers, poets, and performing artist all join! If you are new or a professional looking to start up a new band come down and join us! It is best to sign up here on this page or get to the Tavern early and sign up. We start at 9pm, and each act has about 25 minutes to set up and perform. So if you have a lot of gear to set up, be ready. We close at 1 AM, so the last act goes on between 12:00 and 12:30 AM. We have stage amps, for you to use if you are nice to them! I also have a keyboard, drum kit and our own in-house musicians ready to back you if you want, just bring your own instruments and an open mind please. Hope to see you there!
